Based on the DIAMINT project, this JCPA special issue (edited together with Frans van Nispen) focuses on how research-policy dialogues have taken shape in the field of migrant integration policy and research.

Bringing together empirics from various European countries, the article focus on specific theoretical elements of research-policy dialogues, such as the coproduction of knowledge and policy, patterns of knowledge utilization, the role of knowledge brokers and the impact of Europeanization. Contributors include Christina Boswell, Andrew Geddes, Alistair Hunter, Tiziana Caponio, Stijn Verbeek, Han Entzinger, and me.

A second special issue of JCPA on Policy Analysis and the Financial Economic Crisis in Europe, also co-edited with Frans van Nispen, is due to be published late 2015.
