Vacancy for two postdoctoral researchers at Erasmus University Rotterdam

We invite applications for two postdoc positions (18 months, 0.8/1.0 fte) for the research project IMPACIM (Impact of Admission Criteria on the Integration of Migrants). This project explores the impact of admission criteria governing migrants’ access to jobs, services (e.g. health and education), welfare benefits and voting on the economic, social and civic integration of non-EU nationals.

Special issue on 'local turn in migration studies', published in IRAS

Together with Ricard Zapata Barrero and Tiziana Caponio, I edited a special issue for the International Review of Administrative Studies (IRAS) on the local turn in migration studies. The objective of the issue is to theorize this local turn from a multi-level governance framework. The issue involves various theoretical contributions as well as case studies from various European countries. More information, click here
